Lone Mountain Ranch offers Corporate Adventure Programs in affiliation with Outdoor Wilderness Leadership School (OWLS).

Corporate teams will adventure out of the traditional conference environment and into the great outdoors for a multitude of course designs taught by expert, certified adventure guides and corporate facilitators. These courses will focus on the clients' specific goals using what OWLS calls Action Reflection Learning Models. These models will motivate their team to do things not only "outside of the box" but also "on top of the box" giving endless learning experiences that can be taken back to the office. It's all about trust, communication, teamwork, reciprocal learning, coaching, training, and feedback.
