he Ranch Dining Room is a wonderfully informal and comfortable non-smoking room. The food has received enthusiastic accolades from guests and has been enthusiastically reviewed in many national publications. Here are some of the details:

reakfast is served daily from 7:00 am - 9:00 am. You will have your choice of hot and cold cereals, fresh fruits, breakfast pastries, juices, and yogurt and a selection of hot entrees.

unch is served daily 12:00 pm - 2:00 pm. Lunch is a buffet with salad, homemade soup, hot entree, fresh bread and desserts.

he Saloon opens at 3:30. A wonderful view of our illuminated aspen grove makes the saloon a favorite gathering place. The copper fireplace, wagon-wheel chandeliers and smoke-free atmosphere create a friendly, relaxing western environment. Music by Bruce Anfinson Friday and Saturday from 4:30-6:00 during the winter season.
