Fly Fishing Seminars
Winner 2002 Orvis®
Endorsed
Lodge of the Year!

he
main focus of the Fly Fishing Program at Lone Mountain Ranch is to educate our
guests on the many different aspects of fly fishing and discover the joy of this
lifetime sport. This summer we offer
a seminar designed to give the best instruction both in the classroom and
on the stream. Skills you will learn and practice will include; casting, equipment
selection, trout food, reading the water, presentation methods for dry fly,
nymph and streamer fishing, hooking and landing fish and knot tying. The number
of students is small (minimum class size is 4, the maximum class size is 8)
so you will receive the personal attention you need.
