We
are approaching the Bicentennial celebration of Lewis & Clark's expedition.
The Youth Program will be jumping on board with this event and learning about their famous trek.
We will learn many of the same activities, games, skills, and stories that history has taught us were originated on one of the most exciting and daring expeditions ever to be made.
The purpose of the famous expedition
was to explore the Missouri River and establish a water way trade route across
the country. We at the Ranch will practice the same canoeing skills that Lewis
& Clark once used to navigate the local rivers.
