Job Descriptions
Dining Room Servers are the heart of the dining room staff. Servers are directly responsible for quality table service, extensive guest interaction, maintaining the dining room's appearance, and assisting the kitchen staff as necessary.

Housekeepers are directly responsible for cleaning 30 guest cabins and public areas. Laundry duties are shared within the staff.

Bartenders are required to have bartending experience. Extensive guest interaction, cleanliness, and sociable personality.

Kitchen Helpers are responsible for keeping the kitchen in good order, duties include clean-up in the kitchen area, some basic food preparation, but primarily the operation of the automatic dish washing machine.

Naturalists have thorough knowledge of Greater Yellowstone Ecosystem and superior guest interaction skills.

Kids' Program Counselor **Summer only** - Duties include supervision of guest children while participating with them in various activities, games, and events. Horseback riding and other outdoor activities to include nature hikes, nature crafts, wildlife viewing, and outdoor educational activities.

Cooks are creative, experienced, and enjoy culinary opportunities. Assist with preparation of sauces, soups, salads; set-up for meal service, grillwork, line work, and menu planning.

Wranglers **Summer Only** are responsible for the care of the Ranch horses, daily brushing and grooming, saddling, mounting of riders, guiding rides, and lessons. Other duties include tack and equipment upkeep and repair, vet skills, fencing, trail maintenance, driving truck and trailer. People skills are a must. For the position of wrangler, we require people with considerable skill in horsemanship and stable/barn operation. Our horse operation is conducted along highly professional lines requiring knowledgable, hard-working, responsible individuals.

Office staff work year around, must be able to handle multiple tasks, coupled with excellent organizational skills, and a pleasant speaking voice. Strong people skills are a must.

Fishing guides are expert anglers, have guiding experience, and superior guest interaction skills.

Maintenance staff have experience in vehicle and building maintenance, can-do attitude. Personable, good communication skills. Also responsible for guest transportation.

Ski Instructors are P.S.I.A.. certified, have rental experience and superior guest interaction skills.

Retail Clerks have retail experience, are confident with numbers and sales and have superior guest interaction skills.

Many jobs require advanced First Aid training and Montana drivers license.
