Shorter or Longer Stays: Most of our guests stay for one or two weeks. Please
call 800-514-4644 for rates and availability of shorter stays. Stays shorter than five days do not include the
Sleigh Ride Dinner.
Reservation/Cancellation Policy: Call our office to check availability and make reservations. We will confirm your reservation upon receipt of a 40% deposit. We welcome your personal check, Visa, Mastercard or Discover. If you must cancel or shorten your stay, please inform us as soon as possible. If you cancel your reservation 90 days or more before your scheduled arrival, we will refund your deposit less a $100 cancellation fee per
small cabin, and $200 per
large cabin cancelled. For cancellations within 90 days of arrival, we will retain the full deposit.
We have no televisions or telephones in our cabins. We want nothing to distract you from relaxing and enjoying your special vacation in the Montana Rockies. If you just can't leave it all behind, we do have a fax machine, wireless and dial-up internet access and telephones are available.
We recommend that you purchase trip cancellation insurance to protect you from forfeiting your deposit in the event of an emergency cancellation. We will provide you with the option to buy trip cancellation insurance with your deposit request or confirmation.
