Discovery Package

This vacation gives you an opportunity to discover and appreciate the natural wonders of the greater Yellowstone ecosystem. It includes seven nights lodging, airport transfers for stays of 4 or more nights, three meals daily, barbecues, evening programs, Outdoor Youth Adventures program for kids ages 4-18, horseback rides any day but Sunday and your choice of our naturalist-guided activities.

Naturalist activities include a Yellowstone tour, a canoe trip, mountain biking, half-day and full-day hikes in the Lee Metcalf Wilderness and Yellowstone focusing on geology, wildflowers, birds, trees, history, animals, and geysers.  

Shorter or longer stays are available! (Additional 10% for stays of less than a week)

A 1.75% state accommodations tax and 3% local sales tax will be added to your final bill.

Children under 2 stay for free in the same room as adults. We encourage families to bring a nanny to care for the little ones. Our special nanny rate is $865.

Gratuities
Our rate structure is such that tipping and service charges are not necessary. If an employee or department at the Ranch has done an exceptional job or gone above and beyond, you are welcome to leave a discretionary gratuity.

Extra cost options
Guided fly fishing trips and instruction, massage therapy, photo clinics and tours.(on space-available basis)

Summer Availability

Our summer season runs from June into September. Following are the dates we have available for next summer. Refer to pricing information under Summer Rates above.

June	June is a spectacularly beautiful month at the Ranch with the wildflowers at their peak and the springtime green everywhere. Early June is a great time for conferences and retreats.
July	July is a popular month for families. The wildflowers are still blooming, so hiking and riding are a must. We still have some availability, so give us a call; don't miss out on July!
August	It is a good time to be thinking about August. Many people book a year ahead to get their choice of accommodations during this popular time.
September	September is a quieter time when kids are back in school and its "adults only" time at the ranch. Please check out our Fall Specials. We offer a 10% discount from August 31 - September 21, 2008
